SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● For customers from Europe and the United States, the products will be transported by economy Free shipping.

● For Asian countries including Japan, economy free shipping is basically carried out, but there will be an additional charge if you change to express shipping.

● You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.

● Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

● Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.

● Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed out the following business day.

Mote: Due to COVID-19, some orders may experience processing and delivery dalays.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

● All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.

● In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.

● It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address within 24 hours, please write to us at help@dnexio.com as soon as you place your order.

● Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responible for these fees. Please note that DNEXIO does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customes office.

 

DELIVERY PERIOD

● Japan and Other asian countries: It usually takes 3-12 business days.

● United States and Europe: It usually takes 6-20 business days.

 

DNEXIO aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstances, you can receive the product within the specified period from the date of purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orderstime frame. Delivery may be delayed or difficult for natural disasters, emergencies, or out of stock products.
